IF ANY OF THE CONDUCT RULES ARE VIOLATED, PARENT CONTACT MUST BE MADE BY THE TEACHER. THE CONDUCT GRADE WILL BE LOWERED ACCORDINGLY AND SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT WILL BE EXPECTED. PROGRESSIVE INFRACTIONS WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PARENT CONTACT, REMOVAL FROM THE CLASS, AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION. THREE DISCIPLINARY REFERRALS WILL REQUIRE A PARENT CONFERENCE. THE STUDENT WILL BE PLACED ON A PROBATIONARY STATUS FOR CONSIDERATION OF RETURN TO HIS/HER HOME SCHOOL, ADULT EDUCATION OR ASSIGNMENT TO AN OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL.
ANY STUDENTS THAT TAKE PART IN FIGHTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY WITHDRAWN FROM THE SCHOOL.
